| 0725 | Moored to yard oiler in Exmouth Gulf. Commenced taking on fuel. |

| 1815 | Conducted drill firing of 5" gun on wreck off Vlaming Head. |
| 1830 | Set course for Lombok Strait. |
| 2340 | Radar contact on H.M.S. STOIC. Avoided. |
| Dec. 8, 1944 | |
| 2100 | Commenced transit of Lombok. USS DACE 2,000 yards astern. |
| 2140 | First of a series of six radar contacts (SHIP CONTACTS 1 through 6) which were tracked by plot and avoided by much maneuvering. |
| 2355 | Cleared Stait. |
| Dec. 10, 1944 | |
| 1415 | Sighted small AK about 100 tons (SHIP CONTACT #7). Due close proximity to Karimata Strait decided to avoid on the surface. |
| 1945 | Entered Karimata Strait. |
