TREASURERS REPORT

The Treasures report was presented with a bottom-line figure of $10,807.84

Details are available on line. The report was accepted.

OLD BUSINESS

A motion on term limits tabled at the 2009 meeting was voted down

NEW BUSINESS

1 Sam gave a report on the SHIPS STORE which included a recommended a new method of making purchases
directly from our vendors with a negotiable reconciliation to with our treasury.  The recommended change was approved.

2 A discussion was held on a site selection for 2011 one was an area in North Central PA and one in the Philadelphia
area, most likely Warminster was approved. A committee was named to make the arrangements with a recommended
mid Sept date.  The committee members are Abe Kern, Al Yancey, Mike Sobkowski, G. Mc Kibben & Mike Ward.

3 The 2012 Reunion will be held in conjunction with the National organizations in Norfolk VA.

4 The 2113 site approved will be in New London and the dates had to include a Friday the 13th.

5 Elections were held and the current incumbents were reelected by acclimation with the President in absentia
