1.       Meeting was called to order at 15:30.

2.       The secretaries report was read.

3.       The Treasurer/Vice President report was read.

4.       Mike Sobkowski gave an overview of the Scholarship program, then there was a recommendation to form a committee to research becoming a 501-C3. The members : Sam Hornreich, Sam McConnell, Larry Penny, and Mike Sobkowski. The resolution was passed. It was also agreed to keep a single $500 scholarship for the 2017-2018, until the research committee comes back with the info on the formation of the 501-3C.

5.       There was a resolution to use the 50/50 raffle proceeds for the scholarship fund, the resolution was approved.

6.       There was a resolution for the silent auction proceeds to go to the general fund, resolution was approved.

7.       Nashville was chosen as the next reunion site, around late September/early October, dates to be chosen by the board.

8.       All current board members were reselected to maintain their current positions, voting approved.

9.       Meeting was adjourned at 16:28.
