USS BERGALL ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED -
July 2019
USS Bergall Shipmates and Family (SS-320 & SSN-667)
The Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the award of our
$1,000.00 scholarship for 2019 to Ms. Victoria McCann, resident of Cape
May, NJ, daughter of Richard McCann (75-77) and currently a second year
Pre-Veterinary Major at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.
Victoria had a strong academic record in high school and has continued
that success in college, currently maintaining a 3.58 Grade Point
Average. Her goal is to pursue a career in research as an animal
nutritionist. We congratulate Victoria for her many achievements and
are pleased to support her pursuit of a college education. We are sure
her parents are very proud of her and pleased to see her pursue her
dream.
Help us continue this legacy with your contributions and spreading the word
about the program with fellow shipmates that may have children, grand-children,
etc. who may be interested and qualify for the program in the future.
