Memories of Terry Knepper

I was aboard from 68 to almost 70 and am a plankowner.   Shortly after the first cruise to the Caribbean I made first class. That made 3 TM1's, I was single, so guess who got sent to Norfolk to the USS Lapon?   It turned out good as I met my wife (since divorced) there.  

I can remember my parents astonishment at how Peter Morgan, Steve Dunphy and I lived in our rented house in Mystic.    They didn't realize that we didn't have a barracks or anything so had to rent a place. With 3 single sailors, we weren't the best of house keepers, although Pete tried.   Haven't heard anything from Peter but then when you are J.P. Morgan's grandson you probably don't associate with the common people!!!!!   Not really, Pete was a real good guy and would like to know how he is.  

Also haven't heard anything from TM1 Tetslag or O'Bannon, guess they are still around?
