Our two old Chiefs are joined by Sid's grandaughter.
Don Small joins the fun.
Here's our four attending W.W.II vets, Charlie Kennedy, Don Small, Sid Hoialmen and Nishan Derderian.
Nish admires Sid's newest great granddaughter, daughter of Jessica and Matt Link.
With Dick, Ray, Carol and Andy in the background, Karen, Anne and Yuko catch something fun on tv...
While Mac, Ed, Nish and Don enjoy some time together.
Thursday night was set aside for the
Reunion Dinner so the folks got gussied up and headed for the hotel shuttles
that would take us to the American Legion.
It takes a while to get our group together but we are ready to eat.
Is Dick slipping into the 320 group?
Andy, Jim, Jeanette, and John are ready to fly...
After two shuttles hauled us, the hostess gave everyone a lei...
Sid and Nish pretend they arrived in Hawaii.
Katy brightens them up.
Dot, Anne, Abe, Charlie ad Mac get refreshments.
After hearing a tale being unveiled, Andy shows the "hooked fish" symbol...
the international sign that SOMEBODY is falling for it,, hook, line ad sinker...
Now THAT'S a line of good friends!
Andy! Now put that tongue away!
Looking down another row... hey, we had some great folks show up!
This is how NOT to capture Doug and Pat... it happens!
As dinner was cleared, Dick starts the thanks and some presentations.
Dick's tremendous stage presence show how these folks are just glued to his
every word...
(big editorial grin!!!)
Oh... Sid and Nishan are starting up again...
(and you think anybody goads them on? Oh, yeah!)
In appreciation of his previous years as Association President, Don Basham was
presented with a Bergall belt buckle and web belt and also this lovely
dolphin/clock. It was VERY appropriate since Don's pants needed a
belt at that moment... his had broken just before we left.
Dick made some great presentations and really made it a comfortable event.
And I DO think we cleaned that buffet right up... it was indeed delicious!
And this was just the start to a great reunion...
