| 28 Jan. 1945 | NOTE: - P.O.W. stated that there were four PC boats operating in Lombok (PC-102, 103, 114, 115). We sank PC-102. The other three were in Soerabaya for repairs. One of them in drydock. He stated that the bombing raids on Lombok had caused the damage. |
| 0318 | Gun flashes from Lombok. Saw four or five flashes and two splashes, both short, Range was 15,500 yards. Much flashing of lights from Noesa Besar. Moon much too bright. |
| 0550 | Submerged on station. Strong current made it impossible to keep station. |
| 1918 | Surfaced. Commenced patrolling middle of Lombok while charging batteries. |
| 29 Jan. 1945 | |
| 0245 | Sighted patrol boat in moonlight (Ship contact #5), bearing 314šT. Changed course to 340šT. His course 090šT (approx.). |
| 0313 | Submerged to radar depth to prevent being sighted. Lost contact. |
| 0320 | Sound contact on screws bearing 265šT. Sighted small patrol boat in periscope (Ship contact #6). Radar range 1,300 yards. This must be another ship, probably smaller than the other, which just emerged from the shadow of Bali. |
| 0331 | Fired one MK.27 torpedo. No explosion.
NOTE:_ No radar, TDC or sound bearing tracking was possible on this attack. Had a hit been obtained it would have been pure luck. |
| 0426 | Surfaced. Set course to patrol close to shore off Ampenan, Lombok. |
| 0548 | Submerged. Patrolled as intended. |
| 1845 | Surfaced. |
