The 2004 USS Bergall Reunion in Saratoga Springs, NY !
Saturday was the day that Saratoga and the area turned out with a parade to celebrate the sailors...
These are currently in time sequence as I remember it, but you get the feel... thanks go to Mike Eggleston,
Dick Fiske, John Mosticone and Pat Murphy. We had guys on EACH
side of the street so, no... the parade DIDN'T go both ways!
Outside our hotel, one group of "miniature" volunteers gather up.
There's a light rain but their spirits are bright!
Sy, Tom, Sick, John and Pat
Patti, John and Wendy Lynn
This fleet model was HIGHLY detailed and NO photo does it justice... and most
items WORKED!
Here's our John Mosticone with his group.
Kids! They are all kids. When did THAT happen?
The Hoosier base made one hell of a run. They even had fun with a
mini police incident about them transporting a "missile" on federal freeways.
I guess the submarines were ok?
The Saratoga Museum brings a target? Well, maybe that IS
appropriate.
Lots of detail.
Here's our Chuck Kennedy in with Warren Valero as they pull Warren's 571.
Even the youngest came to the convention.
Here's our Patti Lynn with the Hudson Valley group.
Our Mike Eggleston caught a whole slew of rumble seats and trunks... attached to
some neat cars.
Our group from the hotel finally made it... a bit wet but having a great time!
And did Tom Stratton enjoy it?
A quiet town again...?
After the parade, The Lynns, Sy Sybenga, Tom Stratton and Dick Fiske went to the
park and took in the Carousel ride.
After a long day, Andy and Carol Elnicki had a quiet moment... before their full
evening...
