| 2015 | Exchanged calls by SJ radar with GUITARRO. |
| 2043 | Received message assigning me to command wolf pack composed of BERGALL, BLOWER and GUITARRO. Headed north with GUITARRO in company, hoping to contact BLOWER by SJ radar and thus eliminate radio transmissions. |
| 2112 | Received messag (SAF = Sub. area frequency) from GUITARRO but believe it was from some other pack with garbled call because GUITARRO, being within visual and SJ range, had no reason to use radio and the message did not make sense. |
| 2128 | Received message (SAF) from BLOWER stating her position, speed and course. Had hoped she would maintain radio silence and head south to meet us. To prevent further radio transmissions decided to give BLOWER and GUITARRO redezvouss positions on enemy track. |
| 2145 | Transmitted rendezvous position (SAF). |
